"Earlier this year we listed our home, Calton Hill House, with McElwaine Property having already affected our move to the Southern Highlands. We knew and fully understood that having such an unique, historic 1860’s home in pristine condition realistically may determine the fact that there could be first; limited prospective buyers and second; a great many ‘tyre kickers’.
